How the FMCA Chess League Works

Fill Out The Registration Form
Fill out our form below to get started.

Enter the Draft
If you meet the qualifications, you’ll be registered for the draft.

Be Placed on a Team
If drafted, you’ll be assigned to a team for the season.

Play Your Match
Show up on Saturdays in the FMCA League Zoom while you play your match on Chess.com.

Climb the Table
Weekly standings, playoffs, and prizes.

- Regular: Oct 3, 10, 17, 24, 31; Nov 7, 14, 21
- Makeup: Dec 5
- Playoffs: Dec 12 (Semis), Dec 19 (Finals)
Fridays • 7:00 PM ET • Jan–Mar
- Regular: Jan 16, 23, 30; Feb 6, 13; Feb 27; Mar 6, 13
- Makeup: Mar 20
- Playoffs: Mar 27 (Semis), Apr 3 (Finals)
- Break: Skip Feb 20 (Presidents’ Week)
